6.2 License

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use our service for your internal business purposes only.

You retain ownership of content you submit. By submitting content, you grant us a license to use, modify, and display it in connection with providing our services.

7. Payment and Fees

7.1 Pricing

Pricing for our services is as specified on our website or in your service agreement. All fees are in Euros unless otherwise stated.

7.2 Payment Terms

Payment is due as specified in your service agreement. Late payments may result in suspension of services.

7.3 Refunds

7.4 Success Fees

For certain packages, success fees apply as specified in your agreement. These are due upon achievement of agreed milestones.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LCA SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, OR GOODWILL.

IN NO EVENT SHALL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless LCA and its affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of Austria. Any disputes shall be resolved through arbitration in Vienna, Austria, in accordance with Austrian arbitration rules.

13. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

14. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
